Cooking Classes for Holiday Entertaining at Stephan Pyles Restaurant

Posted by hogan on 11/28/2007 3:31:22 PM in Uptown Dallas, Downtown Dallas, Victory Park, dining out, family, religion, food & wine, out and about, entertainment, culture

Holiday Entertaining? Phsshh, it’s a breeze…you’ve got all the mixins' for a merry little party:

  • Eggnog and Tuaca? Check.
  • Cheesy, yet festive sweater? Check.
  • Dean, Bing and Brenda Lee? Check.
  • Friends and Family? Umm, check.
  • Positive attitude? You know it, check.

All that’s missing is a serious presence at the holiday buffet table, which just so happens to be the hard part. If you’re in need of a little holiday entertaining brush-up (in the cooking category only, of course), hurry up and make your reservation for the Holiday Entertaining Cooking Class taught by Chef Stephan Pyles, a 'founding father of Southwestern Cuisine'.

Demonstrations will include a four-course meal or holiday buffet with matching wines or beverages. Amateur cooks (yet pro entertainers) will learn recipe techniques from Chef Pyles in the Stephan Pyles Restaurant state-of-the-art private dining room kitchen.

When:
December 8th or 9th
11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Price:
$90-$120 per class
