…all signs point to a great place to call home

Other than being one of the easiest towns to navigate—handy directional signs are everywhere here—Richardson is a big-time award winner. Examples?

“Best Workplace for Commuters” was given by the EPA and Dept. of Transportation to the Telecom Corridor, where 5,700 companies employ more than 80,000 people each day. The city also ranked 15th among Money magazine’s “Top Places to Live” in 2006 and was recognized among the top 25 school districts by the American Federation of Teachers and the Institute of Responsive Education…you get the point.

Other elements of this area—the ones surely on the verge of winning something—are the lush Sherrill Park Golf Course, the comprehensive arts hub the Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts and the architecturally drool-worthy Galatyn Park Station urban center. Housing is varied and plentiful, and shopping centers abound.

You don’t need a sign to tell you any more.
