…get in while the gettin’s good

Twenty minutes northeast of Dallas, the formerly rural community of Sachse is filling out quite nicely. In fact, we’d like to give you a little insider information on this one.

Like many DFW satellites, Sachse benefits from proximity to the Metroplex and all of its cultural attractions. Not that Sachse is a shrinking violet—with over 17,000 residents (maybe even 19,000 by the time you read this), and a location along rapidly developing Highway 78 in the North Dallas Telecom Corridor—this countrified community is an up-and-comer in its own right.

There’s talk afoot about a plan to introduce new business districts and parkland, plus a major restoration effort focusing on Old-town Sachse. With active officials and energetic civic organizations, plus a boost from the Economic Development Corp., Sachse is ready to grab its share of that big Texas sky as a break-out city for the 21st century.

Remember, past performance is not an indicator of future results.
