An urban part of town about six miles south of the center of Fort Worth, Seminary surrounds the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, located here since 1910—definitely not a bad neighbor to have.

You’ll also have access to the brightly colored, one million-sq.-ft. shopping mall La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth, which was recently renamed and redesigned to capitalize on the area’s changing demographics. Everything you might want, from dental services to kids’ clothes to restaurants to a cinema can be found here.

But the piéce de résistance—ahem, or rather, the part that is muy bueno? The Mexican Rodeo and Concert venue arena, of course.
