…in the process of becoming too good to be true

Once upon a time, there was a community just north of Fort Worth’s downtown that brought together a handful of large organizations like the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Tarrant Regional Water District and the City of Fort Worth, among others. Not only did they work side-by-side to revitalize a once-ailing economy, but they also aimed to prevent urban sprawl.

Pretty to think, isn’t it? Yet what sounds like a folk tale is actually true.

Trinity is an 800-acre area along the Trinity River that is benefiting from a powerful collective vision: to build a strong, urban core with 10,000 mixed-income housing units and great places to work and play; this place will strengthen community relationships and accentuate each neighborhood’s unique characteristics.

Don’t forget to feast your eyes on the tree-lined river and new restaurants (really, we swear this place exists).
