Send to a friend

…everything you could want, only steps from your door—we counted

Living in Victory Park is sort of like living in an über-convenient, totally chic, southwest-themed amusement park for adults.

This $3 billion master-planned development, located a few miles northwest of Dallas’ downtown, offers every amenity you could possibly imagine—and it’s all located within only 75 acres (yes, that’s one-third the size of nearby Fair Park). So really, you don’t ever have to leave your neighborhood if you don’t want to—though your friends and family might object.

Some of the area’s highlights include the American Airlines Center, where Dallas’ Mavericks and Stars play, House of Blues and the urban-modern W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences, complete with Tom Colicchio’s foodie-friendly Craft and the see-and-be-seen Ghostbar lounge.

Fun fact: Victory Park has the largest and greatest number of digital billboards overlooking a plaza anywhere in the world. Take that, Times Square!
