…everything old is new again

Welcome to the charm of Baker, one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods, where a majority of buildings were built before 1900. This historic district is home to enchanting Victorians, adorable arts-and-crafts-style houses, and an appealing blend of single-family homes, cozy duplexes and even an historic schoolhouse-turned-condo.

It's a neighborhood dedicated to urban renewal. To this end, Broadway is now home to eclectic row galleries, bars, bookstores, antique shops and boutiques with vintage clothing. First-rate theaters dot the area. And, if art's your thing, check out the First Fridays Art Walk each month—the Santa Fe Arts District hosts a six-block section of galleries featuring work by international, national and local artists.
