…brand spankin' new

Well, not exactly. But the name and borders are. "Born" in 2001, the community's new designation came from Colorado's old nickname—the "Centennial State."

Sitting in the southern Denver metro area, it's layered with condos, townhomes, apartments and houses for everyone. And, you can be certain there's no short supply of shopping, with malls, big box stores aplenty and good restaurants. All around there are lots of parks and indoor-outdoor rec possibilities for the athletically inclined.

Centennial is shoulder-to-shoulder with the cities and towns of Aurora, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Lone Tree, Parker and Highlands Ranch. It has access to business parks like the DTC (Denver Tech Center) and major transportation arteries. Happen to own a Lear? It's also home to one of the busiest non-commercial airports in the country.

And, fear not—if you need a "big city" transfusion, Denver is but a car ride away.
