…Joe College meets Happy Days

Regis University, a beautiful urban space of brick and brownstone, dominates this neighborhood in northwestern Denver. The Jesuit campus was named a “Top School” by U.S. News & World Report. Unlike many “urban” schools, this one’s in a highly residential area.

Easy I-70 access, lots of shops and restaurants make it a really convenient place to live. Charming early century bungalows share the panoramic view of Denver’s skyline and the Front Range with typical '60s-era homes.

Drive along Federal Boulevard and you’ll notice plenty of green space, including the retro-sounding Inspiration Point Park (there really is a great view of the mountains from here). If you’re into that sport of chasing a little white ball with a long stick, the Willis Case Golf Course, with 18-holes, a restaurant and a pro shop should make you very happy. Lakeside Amusement Park, which opened in 1908, has a real old-time wooden rollercoaster called The Cyclone. The question then is...where's the drive-in?
