Redlands…steeped in culture, infused with character

Step into Redlands and you’ll experience a place with a lot of “firsts”: the first free, continuous music festival (the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival, still held each year), the first decorative median strips down Chicago-inspired State Street, the first Navel Orange Capital of the World. These may not be the most world-altering claims to fame, but they’re distinctly Redlands.

Located near interstates 10 and 215, about halfway between LA and Palm Springs, Redlands is a gorgeous place. The mountains provide a stunning backdrop for well-kept homes, apartment rentals, historic buildings make perfect modern retail and commercial centers, and the Lincoln Shrine beautifully honors the 16th President.

Check out great community activities like the Redlands Festival Series, Market Nights on Thursdays and more. Once known as the "Jewel of the Inland Empire," Redlands is a jewel that still shines today.

Where is a good Happy Hour in Redlands

I just moved to the area and am curious where a good happy hour spot in Redlands is? I looked on citysearch and they had no information for Redlands. I would love a local opinion.
