…grandfather to San Diego neighborhoods

One of the oldest communities in the area, Grantville was founded just after the Civil War, providing a quiet neighborhood for veterans. Over one hundred years later, this area still offers homes and shops for San Diego’s middle class. People stick around because of the pleasant, tree-lined streets, nearby malls and plazas and its easy access to the center of the city via the Green Line trolley.

What’s more, Grantville is also home to some of the area’s best recreation. Qualcomm Stadium is within walking distance and the 5,000-acre Mission Trails Regional Park—the largest urban park in the country—is also located here.
