It’s a good ‘hood. It’s got a variety of housing options: single-family one and two level homes on quiet streets, military housing and some apartments. It’s got lots of shopping: Paradise Hills Village Center, Skyline Hills Village Center, Lomita Village Center, etc. Town amenities are convenient and kids rank high on their state percentile scores.

Perhaps the coolest things about living in this area are the hills and canyons, which allow residents to look out onto the San Diego Bay, Coronado, the Pacific Ocean and downtown.

So, maybe it’s better than good. Maybe it’s even kind of breathtaking.
